CONTRATO DE AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO DE IMAGEN

Yo, , mayor de edad, portador(a) del documento de identidad No. , con correo electrónico , teléfono , y con dirección de habitación , por medio del presente documento, otorgo de manera libre, voluntaria, expresa e irrevocable autorización a Pro Financial Group, sus afiliados, representantes legales, empleados, agentes y cesionarios, para utilizar mi imagen, voz, nombre, testimonio, declaraciones, opiniones y/o grabaciones audiovisuales en las que aparezca, con fines comerciales, publicitarios, educativos y promocionales.

1. Alcance de la autorización

Autorizo a Pro Financial Group a grabar, reproducir, editar, modificar, distribuir, publicar y comunicar públicamente el material anteriormente descrito en cualquier formato existente o futuro, incluyendo, sin limitación:

• Sitios web

• Redes sociales

• Videos promocionales y testimoniales

• Anuncios digitales o impresos

• Presentaciones, conferencias y material educativo

2. Derechos otorgados

La presente autorización se concede de manera gratuita, sin que exista obligación de pago, regalía o compensación adicional, salvo acuerdo escrito independiente. Los derechos otorgados se limitan exclusivamente a los fines descritos en este documento.

2B. Uso sin Aprobación Previa

El otorgante reconoce y acepta que Pro Financial Group no estará obligado a someter el material final a revisión, aprobación o validación previa, y que podrá hacer uso del mismo según su criterio comercial, siempre dentro del alcance autorizado en el presente acuerdo.

3. Renuncia de reclamaciones

El otorgante renuncia a presentar cualquier reclamación, demanda o acción legal contra Pro Financial Group derivada del uso autorizado del material, incluyendo reclamaciones relacionadas con derechos de imagen, privacidad o publicidad.

3A. Renuncia Ampliada y Exención de Responsabilidad

El otorgante renuncia de manera expresa, definitiva e irrevocable a cualquier derecho de inspección, aprobación, compensación, crédito o reclamo futuro relacionado con el uso presente o futuro del material autorizado, incluyendo cualquier reclamación por distorsión, alteración, edición, uso contextual, interpretación comercial o impacto en su imagen personal o profesional.

4. Declaraciones del otorgante

El otorgante declara que:

• Tiene plena capacidad legal para otorgar esta autorización.

• Ha leído y comprendido el contenido del presente acuerdo y acepta voluntariamente sus términos.

5. Legislación aplicable

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF IMAGE, VOICE, AND TESTIMONY

I, , being of legal age, holder of identification document No. , with email address , phone number , and with residential address , hereby grant free, voluntary, express, and irrevocable authorization to Pro Financial Group, its affiliates, legal representatives, employees, agents, and assigns, to use my image, voice, name, testimonial, statements, opinions, and/or audiovisual recordings in which I appear, for commercial, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

1. Scope of Authorization

I authorize Pro Financial Group to record, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, publish, and publicly display the above-described materials in any current or future format, including, without limitation:

• Websites

• Social media platforms

• Promotional and testimonial videos

• Digital or printed advertisements

• Presentations, conferences, and educational materials

2. Rights Granted

This authorization is granted without compensation, royalty, or additional payment, unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement. The rights granted are limited solely to the purposes described herein.

2B. Use Without Prior Approval

The Grantor acknowledges and agrees that Pro Financial Group shall not be required to submit the final materials for review, approval, or validation, and may use the materials at its sole commercial discretion, provided such use remains within the scope authorized under this Agreement.

3. Release of Claims

The Grantor waives any claim, demand, or legal action against Pro Financial Group arising from the authorized use of the materials, including claims related to rights of publicity, privacy, or likeness.

3A. Expanded Waiver and Release

The Grantor expressly, fully, and irrevocably waives any right to inspect, approve, receive compensation, credit, or bring any future claim related to the present or future use of the authorized materials, including claims arising from distortion, alteration, editing, contextual use, commercial interpretation, or any alleged impact on the Grantor’s personal or professional image.

4. Representations

The Grantor represents that:

• The Grantor has full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

• The Grantor has read and fully understands the terms of this document.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable State within the United States of America.
