Quien, en lo adelante del presente contrato se denominará “EL CONTRATISTA”. Ambas partes acuerdan celebrar el presente contrato de promoción de servicios bajo los siguientes términos y condiciones:

1. Objeto del Contrato: El Contratista se compromete a promocionar los servicios ofrecidos por Pro Financial Group durante un periodo de una (1) semana.

2. Compensación: Pro Financial Group compensará al Contratista con un monto total de $ . El pago se realizará a la firma del contrato.

3. Obligaciones del Contratista: El Contratista se compromete a realizar las siguientes actividades durante la duración del contrato: a. Promover activamente los servicios de Pro Financial Group. b. Utilizar todos los materiales promocionales proporcionados por Pro Financial Group de manera efectiva y ética. c. Brindar informes regulares sobre el progreso de la promoción según sea solicitado por Pro Financial Group.

5. Confidencialidad: El Contratista se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de cualquier información sensible o propiedad intelectual proporcionada por Pro Financial Group durante la ejecución de este contrato.

6. Ley Aplicable: Este contrato se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de North Carolina.

7. Firma: Ambas partes acuerdan los términos y condiciones establecidos en este contrato y lo firman como muestra de su aceptación.

who, hereinafter in this contract, shall be referred to as “THE CONTRACTOR.” Both parties agree to enter into this service promotion contract under the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Contract: The Contractor agrees to promote the services offered by Pro Financial Group for a period of one (1) week.

2. Compensation: Pro Financial Group will compensate the Contractor with a total amount of $. Payment will be made upon signing the contract.

3. Contractor's Obligations: The Contractor agrees to carry out the following activities during the term of the contract:
   a. Actively promote the services of Pro Financial Group.
   b. Effectively and ethically use all promotional materials provided by Pro Financial Group.
